Applicants with incomplete admission requirements will be put under Probationary Student status. The student can complete the registration process, however, the school will NOT release any official documents such as Certificate of Grades, Certificate of Enrollment, Transcript of Records, and others. No official school recognitions such as academic and non-academic awards will be credited to the student.

Admission Procedure
Manila Adventist College processes enrollment online, so we encourage our applicants to register/apply first through MAC-AIMS, the official online portal for students. For a smooth enrollment process, please read and understand the steps listed below. We encourage both new and returning students to complete the Pre-Registration process before the General Registration period to avoid delays. Also, do not forget the Post- Enrollment process.
Pre-Registration
for New/Transfer Students
- Click on the Online Application button.
- Fill-out the required application details and attachments.
- Once approved, MAC-AIMS login account will be sent to the registered email.
- Log in to MAC-AIMS.
For College & Senior High School only
- Select the competency assessment schedule.
- Pay at the Student Finance Office (G/F).
- Proceed to the Guidance Services Office (G/F).
For Juris Doctor students
- The School of Law Jurisprudence staff will communicate with you through your registered email or mobile phone in regards with your interview schedule.
- Submit the hardcopy of the documents to the Admissions & Records Office (G/F).
- For students who prefer to stay in the dorm, visit the Dormitory Residence and complete the dormitory reservation process.
Pre-Registration
for Returning Students
- Login to MAC-AIMS.
- Click the Proceed to Enrollment button.
- Update your profile. If you do not have changes in your information, just click next and submit button.
- Check the clearance portal, visit the department/offices with an “X” mark.
- Submit the hardcopy of the documents to the Admissions & Records Office (G/F) for students who have admission requirements deficiency.
- For students who prefer to stay in the dorm, visit the Dormitory Residence and complete the dormitory reservation process.
General Registration
- Log in to MAC-AIMS.
- Click the Proceed to Enrollment button.
- Update your Profile if necessary.
- Proceed to the assigned rooms or wait for the approved course line-up in your MAC-AIMS portal.

- For dorm residents, secure a dormitory residence approval from the Dormitory Dean before paying
- Pay at the Student Finance Office (G/F) or online using the link posted in the MAC-AIMS
- Once your payment has been received and verified by the Student Finance office, you will receive an email confirming that you are “OFFICIALLY ENROLLED” including your official registration form.
- In case that you do not receive an enrollment confirmation after payment, contact the Student Finance Office immediately for assistance.
